The short version. We collect your name, mobile number and — if you give it — your email, budget and preferred unit type, purely so our sales team can answer your enquiry about Evara Shades. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to sales@evarashades.co.in.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by DigiExplorer Branding Solution, an authorised channel partner registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority under UPRERAAGT15197. We market the residential project Evara Shades, developed by Shades Infratech LLP and registered under UP RERA project registration number UPRERAPRJ899047/05/2026.
This is the website of an authorised marketing partner. It is not the official website of the promoter, and it is not an offer or an invitation to offer.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to a property enquiry.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, or payment details through this website. Please never send those through an enquiry form.
3. How we use it
- To contact you about Evara Shades by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To send you the price list, floor plans, payment plan and project updates you asked for.
- To arrange and follow up on a site visit.
- To share your enquiry with Shades Infratech LLP, the promoter, so your booking can be processed if you decide to proceed.
- To measure which advertising campaigns generate genuine enquiries.
By submitting an enquiry form you consent to being contacted by us and by the promoter on the number and email you provide, including where that number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see section 8.
4. Advertising, cookies and click identifiers
When you arrive here from a Google or Meta advertisement, the link carries campaign parameters — typically a gclid (Google click identifier), sometimes gbraid or wbraid, and utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content tags.
We store these in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and attach them to your enquiry if you submit one. They tell us which advertisement produced the enquiry. They do not identify you personally on their own, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
This site may also load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags. Those services set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. You can opt out of Google advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and control Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop the enquiry form from working.
5. Who we share it with
We share your enquiry only with:
- Shades Infratech LLP, the promoter of Evara Shades, so your enquiry and any subsequent booking can be processed.
- Our own sales and tele-calling team, who contact you.
- Google LLC, where your enquiry is stored in a Google Sheet used as our internal CRM.
- Our hosting provider, on whose servers the enquiry database and email are stored.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated brokers, developers or data aggregators.
6. Where it is stored, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in a MySQL database on our hosting account and mirrored into a Google Sheet used as an internal CRM. Both are access-controlled.
We keep enquiry records for three years from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. If you become a customer, records connected to that transaction are kept for as long as Indian tax, RERA and contract law requires.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is password-protected and limited to authorised staff. Form input is sanitised and database queries use prepared statements.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, and you send it to us at your own risk. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Your choices
You can, at any time, ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your data entirely.
- Stop contacting you — by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or all of them.
Email sales@evarashades.co.in or call +91 98386 23762 and tell us what you want done. We will action it within 30 days. There is no charge. You do not need to give a reason.
Deletion requests are honoured even where we would otherwise be entitled to keep the record, except where tax or RERA law obliges us to retain it.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults evaluating a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an enquiry, contact us and we will delete it.
10. External links
This site links to third-party pages including Google Maps and the UP RERA portal at www.up-rera.in. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Read their policies before submitting anything to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
